In November we held a workshop with Nicholas Ball, the talented improv quilter and author of Inspiring Improv.

Nick is an amazing teacher – he gave us so much to learn, without overwhelming anyone. We made improv triangles, strips and inset pieces.

He had also brought along several of his beautiful quilts and talked us through his process, from inspiration through to ideas for quilting.

Thank you Nick, it was a wonderful day – hope you can visit us again!
